Where can I store luggage near Seoul Station?

Yes. The large lockers have approximately H870 x W400 x D570 mm of internal space and are designed to fit suitcases up to 32 inches.
Can I reserve a luggage locker in advance?
Yes. Select an available locker on the live status panel and submit a reservation request. Because the store is unmanned, contact is required when you arrive.
Is LuggageDot a coin locker inside Seoul Station?
No. LuggageDot is an independent self-service luggage storage shop near Seoul Station, not an official locker operated inside the station. It is a useful alternative when station coin lockers are full.
How much does luggage storage cost?
The price starts at KRW 1,000 per locker for each started hour. For example, 2 hours and 1 minute is billed as 3 hours.

Exit 12 has elevator access and is recommended when traveling with a suitcase. LuggageDot is within walking distance of the station.
Is LuggageDot open 24 hours?
Yes. The self-service store operates 24 hours a day, including times when access to coin lockers inside Seoul Station may be restricted.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards, KRW 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 banknotes, Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Samsung Pay are supported. Apple Pay is not supported.
How do I get help at an unmanned store?
Contact LuggageDot when you arrive. You can use the real-time customer service computer near the entrance or a preferred messenger such as WeChat or LINE.
Can I open the locker again during storage?
The 7-day and 14-day passes allow opening and closing during the pass period. Hourly storage is a one-time service and ends after you retrieve your belongings.
Can my assigned locker number change?
Yes. The assigned locker number may change depending on actual availability at the time of your visit.
